CRAFT AND TIE  reserves the right to accept, refuse, place on hold, or cancel any order you submit to us at any time after receiving it, incl:

1. if your measurements fall outside the range of our available pattern
2. the right to limit quantities ordered.

 We’ll send you an email order confirmation once we’ve received your order. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not suggest that CRAFT AND TIE has accepted your order or that our offer to sell has been accepted; rather, it is an indication that we have received your order.

CRAFT AND TIE  may contact you after receiving your order to request clarification, extra or missing information about your order or account, such as measurements , images and  adjustments. It is solely your duty to provide CRAFT AND TIE  with the required information in a timely and appropriate manner. If the requested information is not provided on time or is incomplete, CRAFT AND TIE  reserves the right to place your order on hold or cancel it at its sole discretion.

If there is missing information, orders on hold will be canceled immediately 15 days after they are submitted, and a credit will be granted in accordance with these Terms.

Payment can be made by Paypal, credit- or debit cards. As soon as you have placed your order and your payment has been processed, your order will be sent to production.

• We offer free shipping on  orders above $200

  CRAFT AND TIE  will ship your order via a recognized carrier and will notify you once your order has shipped. Delivery requires a signature and Customers shall be responsible for coordinating and accepting delivery from the carrier.

  Your garment will take 3-4 weeks to produce and another 1-2 weeks to ship. Expect a total delivery time of 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order.

  Your order can be delayed by external factors that are beyond our control for e.g  adverse weather, customer is not available, errors in shipping info etc.

  duty/customs may apply for addresses outside of PAKISTAN which shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
